The cost is $95 per person. This applies to all attendees including parents and chaperones. The fee covers food, lodging, and access to all activities provided by the conference center.
A $30 deposit (part of the $95) is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot.
Day visitors on Saturday or Sunday must register and pay a day fee of $50 to attend.
The balance after the $30 deposit can be paid beforehand or when you arrive at camp.
If funds are a problem, please send us a message. We do not want cost to hold anyone back. We are happy to work with you and encourage you to work with your ecclesia to help defray the cost.

Registration closes Friday, September 4th. The camp needs an exact count by that date.
The Pondside facility features spacious dorm rooms and various breakout spaces, an indoor gymnasium, miles of well-marked hiking trails, a large soccer field, a sand volleyball court, and an outdoor basketball court.
Please note. When entering the conference center, traffic flows clockwise. The first large building you come to, "Nature's Classroom", is NOT the correct building . Please drive clockwise and follow the signs for "Center". The Center is where our buildings are.
Plenty of free parking is available at the conference center.
Plan to fly into Boston (BOS) or Hartford (BDL) on Friday and depart in the afternoon to evening on Sunday. The Providence, RI (PVD) airport is also close to the camp if you know someone in the area who can pick you up.
If you need a ride or special accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to arrange that for you.
Housing is in cabin-style rooms with bunk beds and shared bathrooms. The space is clean and well-maintained.
