Cost Information:

The cost is $90 per person.  As part of our new venue, this $90 extends to any parents/chaperones who plan on attending.  

We ask that you make a $30 deposit (Part of the $90) at the time of registration to confirm your spot.

This includes food, lodging, and access to activities all provided by the conference center.

Full Payment can be made beforehand or at the camp.

If funds are a problem, please send us a message!  We don't want cost to hold anyone back.  We're happy to work with you and we also encourage you to work with your ecclesia to help defray the cost.

Brother Nate Soucy from the Stoughton Massachusetts ecclesia will be speaking on the topic of training to be followers of God.

We are thrilled to announce that this year's NECYC weekend will be at Prindle Pond, an awesome retreat center with lots of space and fun things to do!

From Prindle Pond:

The Pondside facility features spacious dorm rooms and various breakout spaces, an indoor gymnasium, miles of well-marked hiking trails, a large soccer field, a sand volleyball court, and an outdoor basketball court.

Housing information:

Housing is in cabin-style rooms with bunk beds and shared bathrooms.  The space is clean and well-maintained.  See the pictures below.

Travel Information:

Plenty of parking available at the conference center.

For flying:

If you are able to find your own rides and accommodations for flights, that would be a great help.  That said, we're happy to help you in any way we can! 


Please plan to fly into Hartford (BDL) sometime on Friday, September 23rd, and plan to fly out in the afternoon to evening on Sunday, September 25th. 

If you know people in the area, the Boston, MA (BOS) and Providence, RI (PVD) airports also have proximity in New England.

If you need a ride or special accommodation, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try and arrange that for you.
